2.- Conditions of use
Users undertake to make correct use of the Site in accordance with the Law and this Legal Notice. The User will be liable to BeShow or to third parties for any damages that may be caused as a result of failure to comply with this obligation.
Use of the Site for purposes that are harmful to the assets or interests of BeShow, or that in any other way overload, damage or render unusable the networks, servers and other computer equipment (hardware) or software products and applications of BeShow or of third parties, is expressly prohibited.
3.- Industrial and Intellectual Property
The Website, including its graphic design, as well as its content — understood, on a purely illustrative basis, as texts, photographs, graphics, images, software and other content — is the intellectual property of BeShow or of third parties who have licensed it to BeShow, and none of the exploitation rights recognised under current intellectual property regulations shall be understood as assigned to Users. In particular, Users must refrain from reproducing, copying, distributing, making available, publicly communicating, transforming or modifying the content, except to the extent necessary for browsing the Website, in cases authorised by law, or when expressly consented to by BeShow.
Distinctive signs (trademarks, trade names, etc.) are owned by BeShow, and access to the Website shall not be understood as granting Users any rights over the aforementioned trademarks, trade names and/or distinctive signs.
4.- Disclaimer of liability
4.1.- Service availability
BeShow endeavours to keep the Site running and free of errors, but the User agrees to use the Site at their own exclusive risk. The Site is provided “as is”, without any express or implied warranty, so unless legally required under applicable law, we do not offer any warranties as to its merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, nor do we guarantee that access to or use of the Site will be uninterrupted or completely error-free. Likewise, access to the Website requires services and supplies from third parties, including transport via telecommunications networks, whose reliability, quality, security, continuity and operation are not the responsibility of BeShow, nor are they under its control. BeShow will not be liable for failures or disconnections in telecommunications networks or other services provided by third parties that cause the suspension, cancellation or interruption of access to the Website.

The Site may include links that allow the User to access other web pages and portals (hereinafter, “Linked Sites”). If the User considers that a Linked Site contains unlawful or inappropriate content, they may report it to BeShow in accordance with the procedure and effects set out in clause 5 of this Legal Notice, without this report in any case entailing an obligation to remove the corresponding link.
Under no circumstances shall the existence of Linked Sites imply the existence of agreements with the parties responsible for or owning them, nor BeShow’s recommendation, promotion of, or identification with, the statements, content or services provided.
